SO, HOW DOES THIS WHOLE REFILLERY THING WORK?
It’s easy! Either come to the shop with your own clean, dry containers and fill them up with our eco-friendly Canadian-made products on the spot OR put in an online order and leave your containers at one of our drop-off locations and once they are full, we'll deliver them back to you.
But what kind of containers can I refill?
Use your imagination! Mason jars, pickle jars, jam jars, glass bottles, reused plastic containers from similar products, resealable, sturdy plastic bags; as long as they are clean and dry and haven't contained chemicals, we will fill them.
What if I don’t have my own containers?
Don’t worry, we also carry new glass jars and pump bottles that you can use to get you started. Then, once you’ve used up your products, you can bring the jar back for a refill!
PRO TIP: Pick your container wisely!
Keep in mind what you’re using the product for when you choose your container. We want you to easily be able to use it when it gets home. A little bit of thought will go a long way.
